Cruz is the host and executive producer of the His Panic Podcast, a thought-provoking show that explores critical social and economic issues from the perspectives of marginalized communities, particularly within Latino and Queer circles. With a background in economics and a dedication to fostering meaningful dialogue, Cruz brings both personal insight and professional expertise to the podcast, creating a space where listeners are encouraged to think critically and empathetically about today’s most pressing topics.
Cruz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University at College Station and completed an MBA from Houston Christian University. He furthered his expertise through UCLA’s Latino Leadership Program and holds a Doctoral Certification in Higher Education Administrative Leadership from Texas A&M University – Kingsville.
Each episode of His Panic Podcast dives into issues that impact everyday lives—immigration policy, economic inequality, political polarization, and cultural dynamics—presenting these complex subjects through in-depth discussions and expert interviews. Under Cruz’s leadership, His Panic Podcast has become a platform for challenging assumptions, breaking down barriers, and inspiring action.

With a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Lehman College, City University of New York, and certification in Healthcare Management as a Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM), Lestty combines industry knowledge with a passion for fostering understanding around healthcare, technology, and faith.
Lestty’s background in healthcare administration offers listeners valuable insights into how healthcare policies and technological trends affect underserved populations. Lucky Longoria joins His Panic Podcast as the "Her Panic" Co-Host, bringing her Texas roots and California heart to the podcast’s conversations on healthcare, women’s issues, and community advocacy. A nurse, writer, activist, and proud Tía, Lucky enriches the show with her dedication to social justice and her commitment to amplifying the voices of women and marginalized communities.
With a background in healthcare, Lucky has advocated tirelessly for patient and healthcare workers' rights, meeting with members of Congress and local leaders to drive meaningful change. She is a devoted volunteer, giving her time to organizations like This is About Humanity and the Global Gift Foundation U.S.A., which focus on supporting children, women, and families both in the U.S. and abroad.
Lucky is also a multifaceted writer, with contributions spanning Latin magazines, radio, and website content, as well as children’s books and COVID-19 comic education. Her creativity extends to poetry, lyrics, speechwriting, and script consulting for Eva Longoria, showcasing her versatility and passion for storytelling.
As the “Her Panic” Co-Host, Lucky balances the podcast’s Texas and New York perspectives with her unique California soul and powerful feminist viewpoint, offering listeners fresh insights on topics that impact women, families, and Latino communities nationwide.
